“Best Western Casula is our home away from home. Our hosts Mary, Joseph and Jenny are the most friendliest most thoughtful and generous hosts anyone could hope to meet. We stay here every week. The Room Executives are unbeatable in cleanliness and work ethics with ever a friendly wave and greeting topped off with a big warm smile. The linen is always fresh clean and new and the beds always spotless as are the rooms.
Even the security personnel are helpful kind and friendly. The meals are beautiful and fresh and i love the salmon and eggs the best.
You are close to Crossroads Tavern and Casula Mall. You are next to the Hume Highway but when the windows are closed you cannot hear fhe hustle and bustle of the traffic outside.
We love Casula Best Western” – Elba N
“The best accomodation in Sydney. The staff are super friendly and very accomodating. Clean, tidy and gives any 5 Star venue a run for its money! I will certainly be back!!” – Robert S

“Clean, tidy and well appointed, family business, I highly recommend staying here.” – Chris B
“We stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Despite being on a very busy main road, it was lovely and quiet. It was a bonus having a window to look out of at the back of the room and allow for natural light. Great meals at the pub across the road. Close to shops and restaurants.
Friendly helpful staff. All in all a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.” – Jane, Redclif, Australia
“We stayed at this location for a couple of nights recently.
We found the reception staff very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. It looks as thought the rooms have been recently renovated and the result has been very good. Even though this motel is at the corner of two major roads, road noise was very minimal and didn’t affect the sleep quality at all. The only time we heard road noise was early in the evening when there were a couple of boy racers revving up their cars at the lights.” – Stanley, Wodonga, Australia
“I stayed at the Best Western Casuala last week for work and I cannot fault it! Everything was amazing! From the rooms to the service! Jenny even heated up my heat pack every night for me! Highly recommend!” – Jackie

“Coming from a hotel background we were wonderfully surprised when we walked toward a normal, clean brick lot of rooms at various levels but walked into a truly sophisticated, clean, high standard accomodation that boasts top notch services considering it’s low price. Defs going there again.” – V from Auckland
“Hotel was recently renovated and is very clean. Would recommend staying there. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful. Great place to stay.” – From Brisbane
“We are new to Australia with many questions. Owners and staff answered all and were very helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. We will probably choose to stay there when we return to Sydney to return home.” – Jon & Sharon from the US
“When we drove up to the motel I sighed and thought to myself another old rundown motel, but after we checked in I was relieved to discover that the motel had been recently renovated. And I don’t mean they replaced the carpet or something like that, I mean they gutted it and started over. Very nice light colored tile; attractive and high-quality furniture; modern plumbing fixtures; quality lighting; comfortable beds; good linens. It looked as good as a lot of four-star hotels that I have used before. Not sure how they could justify the expense but I appreciate it just the same.” – Paul
“Stayed for a week on business, probably the best motel I’ve stayed in. The room was exceptionally clean with new and modern furnishings. Thought it may be a bit loud being right on the Hume Highway but was pleasantly surprised at the low noise levels. Was made to feel right at home by Joseph, Mary and staff. Friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!” – Phil
“A fantastic place to stay, Modern, renovated, clean and big, good quiet spot even though it is positioned next to the road, the Owners Mary & Joe can’t do enough for you they are both wonderful people.” – Brett
“In past years I’ve needed to stay overnight in Casula and each time I’ve been disappointed. This time was different though, thanks to some pre-trip research on TA. My wife and I stayed at the Casula Motor Inn and found it to be really good. Lovely clean, freshly renovated, well equipped rooms fitted out with quality appliances that all worked well. The hosts Joseph and Mary Sukar, are terrific people who seem to be going the extra mile for most guests in order to make their stay as good and comfortable as possible. Initially I was concerned that being so close to a major road would be a problem with traffic noise, but this proved not to be the case. Traffic could be heard, but it wasn’t intrusive. This was my main complaint about staying in other hotels in the area, especially the one next door….But, all in all, it was a good stay and if we ever need to stay in Casula again, this’ll be the place for that stay. “Well Done” Joseph and Mary. You should be proud of how you’ve turned this place around.” – Moruya
“My Wife Dianne and I stayed at this Motel last Saturday night, it was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money, our hosts Joseph and Mary were very warm and friendly; both a credit to the Best Western Chain. Would not hesitate to stay again” – Greg
“We stayed for just one night recently and were very pleased to have chosen this motel. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the motel is in a great location ( near a highway..but in a very quiet spot). Would highly recommend this motel to others. We were very happy with our stay.” – Lyn
“The decor and fittings of rooms are to Sheraton standard, including the bedding. Great price and location. On main road, but sound is not an issue. Major supermarkets close by too. this is the Second time I’ve stayed, and WILL be back.” – Peter
“I traveled with a group of friends, 4 of us in total, and we booked 2 superior rooms. After flying in on an early morning flight we were greeted very warmly at reception. Though we arrived earlier than check in time, we were still able to check in. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The Motor Inn is conveniently located in walking distance to a shopping area in Casula, and within 30 mins drive to other major shopping areas. The car park area was being marked out when we arrived on Friday but was done by Saturday afternoon. All the staff we met were so friendly and the cleaning staff were so obliging to our requests. I would definitely stay at Best Westerner Casula Motor Inn again.” – Leta
“From the outside looks like any highway motel but inside the rooms are modern, spacious and well fitted out with large wall mounted flat screen TV with fox sports etc. Despite being right on the highway there was minimal noise. I was out early and in late so didn’t require much additional service but the welcome at 10pm was friendly and efficient. There is off street parking and a range of simple restaurants about 3 min drive away. Liverpool is an easy, quick drive on the Hume Highway. I was very happy with my 3 day stay and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – better than some 5 stars!!” – Julie
